Body tightening means building up muscles where the tissue is no longer firm during the movement (e.g. the triceps against the dreaded arm). The aim of this training is to build only as much musculature as is necessary to strengthen the tissue and make the skin appear firmer through the trained muscle.

Your PERSONAL TRAINING for body toning can take place in the Kost & Körper Studio, at your home, outdoors or in your office. All you need is sports-suitable clothing - I will provide you with towels, drinks and equipment!
